Returns and Right of Withdrawal

These terms apply to physical products ordered from Chip-In, including electronic components.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance sales to consumers, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the end of this period using the contact details available on the website.

Returning Products

After informing us of your decision to withdraw, the products concerned must be returned within the applicable legal time limit.

Products must be returned properly protected and in a condition that allows them to be resold. Consumers may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. Consumers may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Return Shipping Costs

In the event of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, Chip-In will refund the amounts due in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including the initial standard delivery costs where these are legally required to be refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund may be withheld until the products have been received back or until the customer provides proof that the products have been returned, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

The right of withdrawal is separate from any applicable statutory guarantees. If a product received is defective or does not conform to the order, please contact us so that the issue can be reviewed and handled in accordance with the applicable statutory guarantees.

Exchanges

Chip-In does not offer direct exchanges. When a return results in a refund, the customer may place a new order if they wish to purchase another product.

Excluded Products and Services

Certain categories of goods or services may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in cases provided for by applicable regulations. Where necessary, the applicable conditions will be communicated to the customer.
